Gloria E. Carlson

Gloria E. Carlson is Director, Sales and Marketing at GIA Partners, LLC (“GIA”). Her responsibilities include leading GIA's new business development and coordinating client relations. Prior to joining GIA in December 2009, she worked at ING Investment Management as Director, US Investment Solutions at ING's office in The Hague, The Netherlands, and in Consultant Relations. Earlier, Ms. Carlson headed new business development and client service for WorldInvest [US], and Edinburgh Fund Managers, North America, and implemented strategic initiatives for Shearson Lehman Hutton and Boston Safe Deposit and Trust. Ms. Carlson graduated with a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
Arnold B. West
Director, Institutional Sales
Arnold B. West is Director, Institutional Sales at GIA Partners, LLC (“GIA”). His responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with Consultants, Corporate and Public Plan Sponsors as well as Foundations and Endowments. Prior to joining GIA in September 2014, Mr. West was Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales and Relationship Management at ING Investment Management where his primary focus was developing and managing relationships with Public Plan Sponsors and select corporate clients in the Eastern United States. Mr. West received his BA in Organizational Behavior & Management/Economics from Brown University, MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Manager, Marketing and Client Service
Wendy Lin is Manager, Marketing and Client Service at GIA Partners, LLC (“GIA”). Prior to joining GIA, Ms. Lin managed the support functions at Reich & Tang Funds (“Reich & Tang”) worked as Sales Support Manager, collaborating with the sales team and relationship managers to grow the business. Ms. Lin graduated with a BS in Business Administration and Economics from the State University at Stony Brook. Ms. Lin is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
